Talented & Top Notch! This shop is amazing and so is Jess! She did my first tattoo 17 years ago (lower back tattoo). Then I went to her to fix/redo a memorial tattoo 12 years ago in memory of my daughter who passed away. I had it done at another shop and it was not good. She took a painting of my daughter in a hammock on the beach and recreated it on my shoulder. She also had some awesome little touches of her own that made it even better.
