All the folks at Tattoo Cartel on morse Rd rock. The place is very clean, everyone is very friendly. I have personally had multiple sessions with Scary Scott Scarberry. He uses state of the art equipment, He Cleans and uses disincentive barriers while you are present during set up, Great artistic mind and abilities. Maybe one of the most gentle as well. I have been known to sleep (snore) when he is working on me. 5 star dude and operation.
