R.J,changes times without warning, his wife makes u uncomfortable standing there lighting them smokey incense up.The daughter came n with friends loudly,R.J was on the phone the whole time talking about his properties loudly n your ears, then when he chooses to he ghost u with no response, very unprofessional. He's gotten to big for himself, not like before when he was on Morse rd,yrs ago.Last experience was horrible. Never again tho.
All the folks at Tattoo Cartel on morse Rd rock. The place is very clean, everyone is very friendly. I have personally had multiple sessions with Scary Scott Scarberry. He uses state of the art equipment, He Cleans and uses disincentive barriers while you are present during set up, Great artistic mind and abilities. Maybe one of the most gentle as well. I have been known to sleep (snore) when he is working on me. 5 star dude and operation.
