The waiting room is so small to much for people whom have autism sensory overload- the reception staff not all but some need to be aware that there working at a clinic and have a bit more understanding and empathy also person centered approach I called to confirm my clients appointment she had missed 2 as she was in hospital and didn’t have the capacity to even speak let alone remember her appointments - when I called on her behalf I was treated over the phone with rude service the woman said in a fast nasty way - well she h... read more

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Yousefi. He showed a blatant disregard for my daughter’s and my health and rushed us out of the consultation in less than 5 minutes. The only action taken was a simple PCR test(which came back positive for viral infection, however, no follow up). With no real consideration or thorough examination of our condition or even pain management. As a parent, I expected a much higher standard of care and attention.
