I just needed a new sweatband and have them make the crown open so I could shape it my way. I got the sweatband. The crown was shaped after I asked them not to. My headband was on the hat when I took it in but they replaced it with a ribbon, and when I asked where the original hatband was, they denied it and said I never had it on there when I brought it in, which wasn’t true. For $75 I think I paid more than what I asked them to do

Chandler is a true craftsman and makes one of the best hats I have worn. He understands the nature and the reason for the hat not only as something that looks great, but affords the wearer comfort and protection from the elements. He also understands that to those who wear these hats it’s more than simply something you wear but it becomes a part of the wearer taking on its owners experiences and telling those stories by the evidence worn into its body!
Love the country gentleman hat that was made custom for me. Covi never rushed me and had great suggestions when I was ordering my hat. Great people, great company.
