I have never had any poor experiences with this office. Yes, when things with Dfacs have gone wrong, (nothing to do with office staff) the staff always helped me with resolving the issue. I’m grateful we have this office in town. Yes, they are not always there , it’s a slow office. Patience is a virtue. Thank you Reidsville Dfacs for doing all you can!!
My daughter had her and my grandbaby's health insurance cut off!!!!!!!! You mailed her a letter with a phone appointment, and y'all never called!!!!!!! My daughter called and couldn't get through to you all!!!!!! My grandbaby will have other doctor appointments that will have to be cancelled, because of this!!!!!
They never answer the phone or are they in the office. This is the worst place to try to get help from .
Never in my life have I had so many issues trying to get ahold of people as i have in this state. Nobody answers phones or calls you back. Its absolutely asinin. Do better goergia, do better.
Good morning. Well it is very hard to get a hold of somebody in the DFAC's office in the Tattnall County area. Office's are always close. They never pick up or return phone calls. Now since COVID came in. It has gotten even worse to get a hold of a person or to get someone to return your phone call. Like I mentioned earlier the office is always CLOSE.
