I purchased this alarm a few years ago for my travel trailer. I added a couple of external sensors as well. It has worked flawlessly since. Recently they offered to re-cover it at no cost to me since the old cover was sticky and discolored. I shipped it to them and they recovered it and it looks great. I love the customer service at Tattletale and the fact the product works flawlessly.
Words cannot express my appreciation for such a professional company!!Especially, Andrew who has always gone above/beyond to answer my many questions. I am blessed to have a service dog. The man I talked with re: the questions I had about our tattletale system was very patient and kind. I appreciate that - this kind of electronic system set up can be confusing and a little overwhelming. He was, like I said, patient and kind, and informative.
This company has been great as far as supporting me as a customer. I bought my alarm over 7 years ago and they just replaced the entire case it came in for free. A few years ago I had to take it in for an upgrade to new specs and they gave me a new remote, again no charge. Besides that, it is just a great product to have, a portable alarm that works very well.
