I purchased this alarm a few years ago for my travel trailer. I added a couple of external sensors as well. It has worked flawlessly since. Recently they offered to re-cover it at no cost to me since the old cover was sticky and discolored. I shipped it to them and they recovered it and it looks great. I love the customer service at Tattletale and the fact the product works flawlessly.

The man I talked with re: the questions I had about our tattletale system was very patient and kind. I appreciate that - this kind of electronic system set up can be confusing and a little overwhelming. He was, like I said, patient and kind, and informative.
This company has been great as far as supporting me as a customer. I bought my alarm over 7 years ago and they just replaced the entire case it came in for free. A few years ago I had to take it in for an upgrade to new specs and they gave me a new remote, again no charge. Besides that, it is just a great product to have, a portable alarm that works very well.
Have been using the portable alarm unit for our RV when we are on the road and also for our pole barn when the RV is at home. Had some issues with the display and skin covering the housing. Sent the unit back and the refurbished it like brand new. No questions asked and no charge. Great product and excellent support. Highly recommend.
