Have been using the portable alarm unit for our RV when we are on the road and also for our pole barn when the RV is at home. Had some issues with the display and skin covering the housing. Sent the unit back and the refurbished it like brand new. No questions asked and no charge. Great product and excellent support. Highly recommend.
Andrew has been a big help and his whole team at Tattletale. I'm very happy with the service and the awesome portability of this alarm system. I've been burglarized 3 times already and each time, this alarm system has helped with getting the police there within a short period of time and nothing has been stolen at my home because of this alarm system. My partner bought this for a job he was on and then stowed it in our warehouse and lost all the paperwork. I renewed it for another job and had to go through customer service to change users and update. When I called customer service, I actually got to speak with a real person in Ohio that knew what he was talking about.
