Great place for families, group holidays, couples. A few bits on site to do, however not too many things locally. You have to pay extra for a pass. We came when Rock the lakes was on so it was loud if on event weekend if you're looking for a quieter weekend. A good 2-3 hour walk with a nice little eat in cafe the Ginger cow x

We've just come back from a week in their fishing lake 2 home, and what a wonderful week we've had as a family. The booking process and communication was seamless, and they were always on hand to answer questions (and we asked alot!). On arrival, we were treated by a modern, spacious and clean caravan, and a lovely welcome gift. We spent alot of time fishing, and both my kids caught their first fish, leaving them with huge grins on their faces. We had a fantastic stay In your lakeside lodge. It was immaculately clean and tidy, we honestly couldn't fault a thing! The hot tub is fantastic and very well maintained. All of the little personal touches made our stay even more memorable. Thank you so much for the prosecco and biscuits. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed 2 nights for in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. Complimentary bottle of fiz. Lovely lodge, spotless clean. Well equipped kitchen. Fridge freezer Beds comfy View across lake spectacular and watching the Typhoons going in and out icing on the cake
