Great beer garden, behaved dogs allowed. Food was great and service friendly
A frame out the front saying Guinness, ask for a pint, "sorry we are out" , okay so we'll have wine. Went to order a starter, let's have the confit Garlic and Cheese Bread...'sorry we are out of that, as well as the Chicken Wings and the Salmon", a bit disappointed... ohh and we had to go look for staff to serve us our drinks....
***BEWARE RAW SALMON*** Food was absolutely inedible. Salmon was not cooked at all, completely raw. Salad was soggy. Potato rosti was just as pathetic. Hot chicken burger was puny and nothing to rave about, oversauced and underseasoned. Came with half a handful of chips, a complete rip off for an adult meal and at the price they charged. Lovely evening meal and drinks on a quiet Friday night. Staff were friendly and attentive. Had a delicious scotch fillet, which was very tender and buttery served with one of the best pepper sauces I've ever had. Highly recommended!
