One out of three sales people was kind. I brought in six bags and they said there was a four bag limit, which was not listed on their website. They said it would take 45 minutes and that they would text me when they were ready for me to come back. I got no text and after an hour and 15 minutes I came back and they purchased one item. My plan all along was to take whatever they didn't want and donate it, but honestly such a waste of time. You're better off donating or selling individually on a website like OfferUp.
Really conflicted on this review because I really did love this store. I came into this store weekly or if not biweekly. I sale and purchase things regularly. Before I start, just want to say the people who work there provide great service. So, I went in recently and purchased a top that was listed on the tag for $9 and was told the total was $15. I stumbled upon this place whilst looking to sell some “nicer” clothes of mine. The store itself is nestled in a somewhat busy shopping center, but offers plenty of parking and walk ability. Its layout was open concept, inviting, and visibly displayed merchandise. As for the the selling process itself, I have mixed emotions. I absolutely love this spot even though I am a plus size woman and the selection is limited. I love to shop for shoes and accessories such as hats purses. I have bought a couple of clothing pieces. just had to have them altered ,because they were so beautiful and the price is very fair so I did not mine paying for alterations elsewhere. The customer service very friendly and welcome! I keep this place a secret because I love it so much!🤣😂
This is maybe the best resale boutique I’ve ever been to. Amazing prices, new stuff all the time and the staff is just unfailingly sweet.
