I’ve been to a lot of these chains, and this location has it down pat. The line moved quickly, there was plenty of seating, and the staff brought our food and drinks right to the table and even bussed everything when we were done. Made for an easy exit. The iced lattes are top notch, and the breakfast sandwich? Don’t even get me started…absolutely incredible! On the pricier side, but worth it as a treat every now and then.
This is a dishonest store. I called today to order a strawberry cheese cake in the morning and paid full over the phone. When I went to pick up a couple of hours later, I was told by a lady (looks like she is a manager or supervisor) that the strawberry cake was sold as I was placing the order over the phone (I don't believe her at all), but they saved a blueberry cheese cake for me. First time visiting, came in around 8am on a weekday. The person who helped me was really nice, attentive (walked up to the open register even tho I was only second in line), made a recommendation for me. Didn't feel rushed at all :) Breakfast sandwich came out in about 7-8 mins. Place was clean and felt cozy. Would definitely visit again.
