This is the second time I’ve order online and something was not available. The first time they said they would refund me the difference of the item I chose, never happened and it was less than $2 so I never bothered with it. This time they literally called me 2 minutes before the order was ready. You didn’t find out you didn’t have the dish before hand? Went there to get two breakfast sandwiches to go. I ordered there. Waited 20 minutes but they prioritize delivery orders so I asked if it would be ready in 5 minutes since I had to head out. They said no so I got a refund instead. Other locations seem to have their system down but if you have somewhere to be order at least 30 min ahead or for delivery since that’s their priority.
Your sausage sucks
A must-stop if you’re in Boston, great atmosphere and super friendly people. The service is excellent.
I had a terrible experience with a general manager named Michael at this place. The incident did not involve me directly but I witnessed how this manager talked down to another employee. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing to witness how a manager that's supposed to mentor and guide the employees instead chooses to be condescending and rude to them. I don't know, maybe his male manager's ego is too big and he feels like he can talk down to a latina woman whenever he wants.
