It is a favorite spot to hang out in the picturesque Reston Town Center. The only things missing from the menu are some savory light snacks or sugar-free items.
How can you mess up people’s order after being opened for years. I had four items to order and you couldn’t make sure that all four items in the order were packed before picking up in freezing cold? AND you can’t read instructions for my coffee to be “extra hot” and all I got was warm coffee. Yesterday before my order was late more than 15min for the bread, didn’t hear any apology. A nice bakery and coffeehouse in the center of Reston. They seem to have plenty of staff yet were running a bit behind. Otherwise, worthy of swinging by if you’re in the area!
They are overpriced considering the food is average and the coffee was weak. Cashiers were friendly, the barista who I believe was a manager, was rude. 18 minutes for a latte that was bland-Hope they can improve because it’s a cute place in a great location.
