Food was okay, but the service was terrible. Indifferent and rude waiting staff. For the amount charged, the service should be of a comparable level.
Croissant - stale and old. Coffee took about 13 minutes. Cashier not paying attention to what we asked for. No music on. Lights broken or out. Windows and bakery case filthy with hand prints and smudges. It’s definitely not what it was when it opened.
Tephra staff told us to walk past Starbucks and get our espresso here. It was a great choice! Shockingly huge yet friendly and tasty.

I have never ordered online here without having an issue with my order. Whether it's just completely the wrong item, or they accidentally put the online orders in the DoorDash/UberEats pick up section and I have to wait until someone notices me waiting there for 15+ minutes before asking if I need help. Today, again, I ordered a chocolate sandwich cookie and a latte which was not only in the Uber Eats pickup section (and I had to ask for help to get it), but I realized later they also incorrectly gave me a chocolate croissan... read more
