Placed an order at 12:05 on a Thursday. At 12:30 I politely asked how much longer, cashier just told me it’s not ready. 12:45 I asked again, cashier went back to the kitchen and then just never came back. Asked a 3rd time at 1:00 and the manager told me they would have to re-enter the order. Over an hour wait for a weekday take-out lunch, with no warning that it may take a while, no freebie coffee or pastry to make up for it, and barely an apology. Will not be back for a weekday lunch.
