I remember when their pastries were buttery , and just delightful. Has over expansion affected quality? The almond croissant was dry, flat taste, not sweet, just bland... The cheese -sour cherry danish was flat in texture. Nothing flaky like a danish. Hope it was just a bad batch.
Amazing spot, grilled cheese is done so beautifully especially with the lightly toasted sourdough bread that just tasted exactly how it should. Another notable mention is the Coffee Caramel Mousse, as it was absolutely amazing with such a deep and rich flavor. Lastly, the atmosphere is quite nice and elegantly designed fitting the premium café vibe quite nicely.
