I visited on the morning of September 14 and ordered their well-known iced pistachio latte and a salmon rice dish. I was given a number for my order, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. My order had apparently been ready for some time, but no one brought it to me or let me know. Even worse, my iced latte was left sitting out for so long that a complete stranger picked it up and took it away. The food & drink were good. This place was extremely busy when I went so it can be a little overwhelming. Wish the line was a little more organized & that you could customize certain dishes.
The line here is insane….Why does tatte not allow pickup? It would save so much time for everyone and there wouldn’t constantly be visual pollution of a huge queue all over the cafe. I don’t wanna sit and eat and have a constant view of peoples torsos. I’m really not interested in that.
