Very rude on the phone. Lady on the phone answered with "What do you need?" No good afternoon or how may I help nothing. And then she said do I have a referral which I tried explaining that my doctor sent it and I didn't have a physical one. My son's pediatrician already sent the referral which got approved a week ago but this speech therapist didn't want to bother checking the file.

My child has been attending classes for more than a year, good progress, all the teachers are great! He loves them very much and always goes to classes with pleasure!
