Todd and his team have done a great job for us on our new home. Todd has dropped everything to come check a few issues that have popped up. He came twice tonight to see if he could figure out our well issue……turned out to be a momma and baby groundhog in our pit. They chewed through the electric lines causing the well to stop working. We didn’t see the issue at first but once I had pictures I sent to him and he came back and got a temporary fix put in place. On highway 218 this morning. Had to get over because the road was icy. Next thing I know a Tatroe van speeds around me at 80 mph and cuts me off almost causing an accident with my kids in the car. Tried to call the number on the van and it was the guy driving. Extremely rude. I would stay far away from this company. Plenty of other companies who actually care about others on the road and can control their road rage. License plate EXM833.
Great experience with Tatroe, workers were very professional, friendly and great to work with. I know many places are swamped so i appreciate their time
