We purchased a new furniture and A/C unit for our home through Tatro and they installed it as well. 18 months later our air conditioner isn't working. Been trying to get a hold of them for over six weeks now. I did talk with Ryan once and he was going to get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. Today it is hot, my 10k unit isn't working and they aren't answering the phones
My central air stopped working yesterday and it was 103 heat index and I called Tatro plumbing and heating up and they was out of town working and said they would try their best to get out to look at my CA that day but didn't get back in town late but he came out anyways after 7 and bought out a portable air conditioner for me to use till next day and they came out right away that morning and fixed my CA,,a big THANK YOU TATRO PLUMBING AND HEATING
