Tatro plumbing is the worst plumbing company in our area. I have had several bad experiences with them all resulting in sub-par work and high invoices. My first experience was in our build on Main Street in Hugoton where they supposedly changed our entire sewer line from the building to saddle in the alley. This was not done and they charged me over $15,000 of which they were paid in full. After they supposedly changed our septic line, we still continued to have issues. Jeff Meyers and Eric Ramirez came out to evaluate what I thought was a problem with my sewer line. They tracked down the problem and turns out it wasn’t my sewer at all!! The other plumbing company I spoke to didn’t investigate anything and was planning to dig up my yard and bust up my sidewalk without even trying to figure out what the problem was to begin with.
