Lived here my whole life, beautiful neighborhood, decent neighbors, even our landlord is alright. The problem is that a couple years ago some nameless corporation bought every trailer park in Bismarck and is now jacking up everyone's rate without any improvements to our living conditions. It would really suck if we all decided to pull our trailers, especially since no one wants to put one down here. Oh well...
I've lived here for the past 3 years and it's a nice place to live and haven't had any issues with the park manager but lot rent goes up every year and since I lived here it's gone up $200 a month, also makes it harder to sell your place when you have to tell someone who's interested in buying your trailer how much lot rent is
