I usually don’t conduct my business this way, but would not want anyone else to experience the same poor quality, seriously overpriced low level work, followed by ignorant service and zero accountability in completion, which reflects exactly what this contractor stands for. Photos are off two brand new patio doors installed in my home and what they call finished project. Install took almost three weeks and they left behind lots of reckless damage.
I am not one to write reviews, or make complaints. However, the construction crews that they hire are reckless and damaged many of my personal items. Tatley-Grund was unwilling to compensate for my ruined personal property. I was asking for the bare minimum in compensation for my valuable items, and they were unwilling to reimburse me. They also are not efficient with their resources, and took way more time than they planned to finish my patio. In fact, it is still not complete.
