I had my IRCC medical exam with Dr. Tatlay Kiran and had a very positive experience. I initially chose her clinic because it was close to my home, and my experience ended up being even better than I expected. My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I arrived at 10:26 AM. After filling out some paperwork, the staff took my photo. Around 11:15 AM they directed me to the lab next door for my blood work, which cost $10. Dr Tatlay is an amazing compassionate doctor. She got to the root of all my problems with professionalism and great expertise. She always fits me in when I need medical care. Very unprofessional ,don't waste your valuable time and money . we booked an appointment and they didn't took us in until we asked the receptionist sitting next door as their reception window was closed. We could hear them giggling and laughing behind the reception window but noone opened the reception window until we complained. The worst Dr. ever, RUDE & ARROGANT. Runs the clinic as a fast food joint. Appointments times are given for you to be there, doesn’t mean the Dr. will see you at that time. It might take you an hour to go in but you will be out in a couple of minutes. Disregards patients concerns because of the quantity over quality mindset. OH……if you have to go don’t forget to wear a FACE MASK or else the Dr. might catch a cold.
