Patient Tattoo Artist – My daughter wanted a tattoo for her 16th birthday. We live in L.A. so we had to drive to Vegas. I did extensive research & got recommendations. I decided to go to Tatlantis because of all the places I contacted, they were the friendliest. Pirate spoke to me on the phone & very patiently discussed with me what my daughter & I wanted.
