recently went to Tati’s Beauty Salon in South Elgin for a cut and color, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve been to many salons over the years, and Tati is by far the best. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and truly cares about making sure your hair turns out exactly the way you want it.
