I don’t usually mention specific employees in my reviews, but Alla absolutely deserves the recognition. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to communicate with throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience much more enjoyable. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Alla is a perfect example of that.
