One of the most unprofessional travel agency I've ever encountered. I was on a cruise ship where she organized a concert. Her and her stuff members were very rude and unprofessional. My family got their booking through Tatians Travel including transportation which was promised that they will be assisted during embarking. However, they were left alone at the port with no assistance in checking in.
We purchased a ticket which first of all after comparing the price we find out that price was more we could have gotten a better deal from other places but because of an emergency we had to cancel the trip and Rubina not only did not help at all to get the refund she was actually yelling and screaming throughout the phone call. Horrible experience.
