I like Dr. Masky,But she is kind of rude,and she spreads herself way to thin,and you can never get into see her when your sick , cause she likes money more then a good relationship with her patience.
Not a friendly receptionist. Extremely rude, acted like everything she was doing was a favor, was not knowledgeable to insurance rules, and tried to challenge my knowledge.
I e-mailed her this morning (Saturday) and she called me back within 2-minutes. Called a script in for me and then returned a call to let me know it was on it's way. Excellent service!
Based on the experience a friend (Saori Shimizu) of mine had at this location, I would not recommend this place to anyone. She is not very friendly. She actually told her office manager that she refuses to call back patients. But most importantly, she ordered unnecessary tests when Saori went in for her annual pap smear that is covered by her insurance carrier.
