I don't know why people rated this place so bad its stunning and I has no problems with service or family . Despite sadly place is for sale which is sad I hope it goes of market and is in business for years to come :)
We bought food but no gas to cook the BBQ.we went hungry.
We have been there several times and the service is always indifferent, the food over priced and not up to scratch. The place has been up for sale for some time and the present owners have obviously given up.
Wine is bad. Customer service is worse.
Don’t even bother. We called the winery at 10Am to see if they’re open. The man whom answered the phone answered the phone as ‘yep’. I asked if this was the winery and he said with a long pause ‘ yep’. I said to him, ‘ok we’ll come down and buy some wine’. It took around 20mins from Nannup town to get there and there were signs saying ‘open’, although the place was obviously shut and hadn’t been open for a while.
