In every interaction with Stacey and Vicky they have been responsive, helpful and gone above and beyond in communication. Cannot recommend highly enough.
There is no room to negotiate cancellation, no refund or part refund no ability to rebook with exact dates or even a later date. Booked via Airbnb not very helpful from either Learnt $$ expensive lesson. Worst cancellation policy very unreasonable.
Emma was lovely picked up keys early it was no problem . I found it a little hard to find location another employee came and met me and made sure I got to my destination safely.Great service!😀
Don't know about other posters, but that wasn't my experience! Recently booked and paid for holiday home for 1 week at Christmas. Via 3rd party site (Stayz). Got booking confirmation from agent. Couple of days later, agent unilaterally cancelled booking, saying they gave us the wrong rate. Said I could rebook online. Tried this and found it hundreds of $$ higher. Queried this with agent and got rude email telling me to read T&C. Sent booking enquiry direct to agent via their website. No response. Not going to spend my money ... read more
