I've had an amazing experience at Tate's Total Training, and I can't recommend them enough—especially Omari! From day one, Omari has been incredibly upbeat, positive, and motivating. Kerry is absolutely amazing he paired me with Christian one of many of his incredible trainers. I definitely recommend Tate’s total training if your looking for a gym they have group classes and one on one

Fantastic establishment! Mr. Tate is a well experienced trainer who has built a great team around him. Even more than that, is how much he cares for each person who walks through the door. “Changing bodies, one rep at a time” is the motto and that is exactly what happens at Tate’s Total Training.
