Rented from them a number of times over the years, from skid steers to deck sanders. It has always been a positive experience with good service and communication. I would give them 6 stars if I could because today one of their drivers found my neighbor's dog walking on Orchard St, coaxed him into his truck and took care of him at their shop while they tried to figure out whose dog it was. I usually love these guys. Always so helpful and kind. They must have some new guys cuz the man on the phone was not a very nice guy. I was definitely a burden and he couldnt get off the phone fast enough. I tried asking clarifying questions and he just talked over me. Why have this job if you hate it so much?
