I usually love these guys. Always so helpful and kind. They must have some new guys cuz the man on the phone was not a very nice guy. I was definitely a burden and he couldnt get off the phone fast enough. I tried asking clarifying questions and he just talked over me. Why have this job if you hate it so much?
