Chuck from the Idaho Street store went above and beyond great customer service when he took the extra time to help my father out with rented equipment upon delivery. He recognized my 80+ year old father had bit off a bit more than he could chew and helped him out immensely. Chuck was so kind and wouldn’t even take a tip offered.
