Being from melbourne and driving back from Sydney I was on the Hume and my car went into limp home mode. I called up Tates and explained my situation and what the dash was showing. They explained they would be able to check out my work van as soon as I arrived. As soon as I arrived Andrew came out and was on top of it straight away, I was in and out within 45 minutes and able to jump back on the road to get back to melbourne!
