This location is the worst Dodge of all. My company has 31 total vans all under extended warranty with Dodge. Every time we call we never get an answer. Half the time we get an answer its to say that the "tech is not in" When we call for a service advisor or their supervisor they are on lunch. I understand everyone needs time for lunch but the advisors here are on lunch it seems from 12-3ish every time we call. This is an on going issue and nothing ever seems to improve here. My experience has been worse than any other service department I have ever been to. My car suffered critical engine failure at juts 60,000 miles (which tells you a lot about the quality of Chryslers in general, but I digress). I brought it to Tate on the request of my mechanical breakdown insurance, which wanted me to get a second opinion from a qualified dealership Tate service dept allegedly fixed the problem, but a week later the car was back in the shop with a check engine light.
