Worst service in Maryland
Greg, the Express Lane Manager is always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend using the Express lane. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and it continues to be a great experience. Greg greets you by name when you walk in, giving that personalized feel of a family-owned shop. Ever since Greg hasnt been working here, it's just a regular ol dealership service center. Worse experience in my life. My service advisor is a very POOR communicator giving me just bits and pieces of information on what's going on with vehicle. They have had it for 10 days and said they fixed it and I brought it home just a 15 minute drive and steering wheel does not work anymore. These people seemly do not know how to fix Chrysler vehicles at all.
Staff is very customer service focused. Helped me address my issues in the most cost effective way.
I called and left a message 7 hours ago and no one ever got back to me. My 2023 Chrysler Pacifica back passenger door stopped working and is stuck open. First, and if this is the service, last Chrysler I will own.
