If you’re looking to get screwed, this is definitely the place. Every single time we bring a vehicle here it takes longer than promised, and somehow we leave with more problems than we came in with. It’s honestly impressive at this point. The intake people are actually great — polite, helpful, and the only reason this place isn’t a complete one-star disaster. Bought a couple of vehicles from here and had them serviced as well. My truck had a problem and they tried to stick it to me .Took it to another company for half the price. Won't ever do business here again. Thanks for nothing
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I had multiple service visits at Tate Service Center in Glen Burnie for a significant engine vibration at idle. At 50,106 miles, they told me they couldn’t replicate the issue and still charged me. At 65,258 miles, I brought the car in because the water pump failed. At the same time, I told them the rear differential fluid needed servicing and that the engine vibration was still happening. Went for an oul filter, was very easy in and out.
This service center is truly the biggest joke in Anne arundel county. The employees are far from professional, management is unhelpful (and also very unprofessional), and the service is never done in a timely manner. Within the recent years we have become very dissatisfied with this location and the services they provide. I’ve never been quoted a service that was less than $600 for my mopar vehicles. Want warranty coverage? Good luck. Lemon laws? No chance- they don’t skip training the employees to word their claims differen... read more
