Jessica is the best. The whole team is amazing.
Poorly run shop. Very slow. It was over one and a half hour before they took my vehicle in the shop. Express Lane Lube is a silly name for this place.
I made an appt 2 weeks ago to get a recall repaired. She put me on hold to check on the parts. 2 weeks later on 9/22, I arrive at the appt they DON’T HAVE THE PARTS. I left work early for this. So now I have to leave work early again when the parts arrive. The mechanic (white guy, long hair with piercings in his lips) kept walking passed me & telling the service advisor (with his back to me) what was wrong with my tires, instead of addressing me directly.
