Services are so slow. Twice I've scheduled an appointment at 7:30am for oil change, and each time it's taken until 10:30am or later to get the service done. Three hours first thing in the morning when someone has the first available appointment is insanity. Secondly, the coupons that I get online from either the Mopar or Tate website never seem to "apply" to me or my vehicle when I bring them in, and their displayed prices DO NOT include labor. If you’re looking to get screwed, this is definitely the place. Every single time we bring a vehicle here it takes longer than promised, and somehow we leave with more problems than we came in with. It’s honestly impressive at this point. The intake people are actually great — polite, helpful, and the only reason this place isn’t a complete one-star disaster. Bought a couple of vehicles from here and had them serviced as well. My truck had a problem and they tried to stick it to me .Took it to another company for half the price. Won't ever do business here again. Thanks for nothing
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I had multiple service visits at Tate Service Center in Glen Burnie for a significant engine vibration at idle. At 50,106 miles, they told me they couldn’t replicate the issue and still charged me. At 65,258 miles, I brought the car in because the water pump failed. At the same time, I told them the rear differential fluid needed servicing and that the engine vibration was still happening. They replaced the water pump, "changed" the rear diff fluid, but once again couldn’t replicate the vibration. I was... read more
