As a primary care physician, I wear these two very different hats, but my one commonality is the patient. It is my ultimate goal to improve my patients quality of life and give them the means to take ownership of their own health.

He takes the time to fully understand my concerns and provide valuable feedback. I highly recommend him.
Dr. De Leon was great to me when I switched my previous medical physician to him. He was attentive, kind, and very professional. I like his work ethic and how he explained everything I needed to know about my health.
My first visit was excellent. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns and was able to correct a problem with my shoulder by an injection. This interaction made me feel confident that he is the Dr I want to work with on any future situations.
Good doctor, professional and kind.
Amazing sports medicine doctor!! My son attends PSHS and suffered a concussion while playing football. Dr. De Leon was so attentive and thorough while treating my son. He had a positive attitude and was extremely supportive through the whole process. Dr. De Leon has a great team and I felt that we were in good hands the whole time. Being that he has a family practice my son will no longer see any other doctor.
I have been a patient for about five years. I must wait for at least two months for an appointment. I had a recent visit to urgent care. Urgent care called me and told me to call my primary care physician for him to refer me to a specialist. I contacted his office and informed them of this. Dr DeLeon NEVER contacted me. This same behavior happened two months prior to this behavior. I feel he does not care about his patients.
Andre prescribed a 7.5 mg dose of Coumadin--a common blood thinner--to my Mom on Feb. 24, 2015. This level is too high for an elderly person (2-4 mg is the norm) and can lead to fatal bleeding. My Mom (also a doctor) died on March 1, 2015, apparently of a brain bleed due to Coumadin--according to the ER doc. Andre twice deleted my review on the Vitals website; yet he has never bothered to talk to the family.
Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
