I recently had a chimney inspection conducted by Casey. Very friendly; very professional. Casey was able to confirm some minor issues, and made his recommendations. Casey saved me a lot of money by informing me of a sealing product that is DIY-friendly. The folks at the showroom and warehouse were just as professional as Casey. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Tate Builder Supply. That's how you do it; Always Professional.

I have had numerous communication issues with Tate. We were working with them on an expensive fireplace replacement/upgrade. We placed our order in mid February with a 4-6 week lead time. I have called, emailed and texted and no reply on an update. This includes calling the sales rep and the store direct. I have no idea when or if this is still happening. Very disappointing. Not sure I’ll move forward at this point.
Can’t begin to say enough about our positive experience with Tate Builders Supply. Fourteen years ago we visited their show room looking for a fireplace costing $8,000, but the salesman, Tim Duncan, suggested a lower costing brand. It has been just wonderful all these years. Embarrassing we have not had the fireplace serviced until today. Jimmy did a wonderful job.
