This is solely for the service department. For 3 weeks all I heard was "David has not figured out what the problem is yet". So my patience ran out and found another diesel mechanic that would actually look at it today to figure out what the problem is. For three weeks all carlsbad tate branch did was move the jeep from one parking spot to another, and yes David that is why I picked my jeep up today. So a feller bought a truck. I traded in my Nissan Titan for a 2025 Ram 1500 SST. Go and see Izaiah, Hector, Lino and Simon. They are a whole squad of great folks! Isiah was my sales guy and he's very professional and down to earth. No pressure. Hector and did the haggling and it was easy-going. Lino was my tech guy and he explained quite a bit for me. Simon, the finance guy put a bow on everything. I even got to meet the CEO Brian who was also down to earth. One of the top car purchases in my life that went really well!!
HONEST RELIABLE WORK!!! Tate Branch Service Center went above and beyond to get our truck fixed. We had front-end work that was needed on our 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, and they also got several recalls done at the same time. The work Joe and his crew did was superb, and the truck is driving like new again! It's hard to find a mechanic now a days that won't screw you either trying to fix something that doesn't need it or charge you an arm and leg for it. They are the only mechanic we will go to out here now.
We were on our way to Zion from Iowa and ran into trouble with our brakes. They were able to get us in quickly and check our brakes and give us peace of mind so we could continue our trip. Thanks!
