I had an absolutely amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like family. Even though most of the team was eating their own meal, they didn't miss a beat—they were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and kind, even offering me water and a little bowl of peanuts while I waited. Decided to order from here on a whim and was really surprised at the quality of the food. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I was very happy with everything (chow mien, broccoli beef, and sweet and sour pork). Everything was very fresh tasting and wasn't super heavy or oily, etc. I'll definitely be back!
This restaurant has on its menu cold cut beef tongue, a specialty one rarely finds. The portion was very generous and perfectly seasoned. Together with steamed rice and vegetable it was all I needed for an exceptional dinner with my wife. The service is also outstanding.
We thoroughly enjoyed the mapo tofu, the eggplant and green beans, and the winter melon with chicken, which the kitchen very kindly substituted for pork. However, the sea bass with tofu and chili was a disappointment. The fish was exceptionally bony, leading us to believe it may have been a different white fish altogether rather than sea bass.
