Donuts-yes! Gelato- No 😞... not suppose to be hard- freezer burnt taste
Just tried to come in and get some ice cream with friends and experienced poor customer service. Instead of being greeted in a kind manner, we were told to “hurry up and figure it out”. It was just hurtful and confusing to hear.
Me and my twin came in and were told to hurry or get out. They were still open btw.
If I could give zero stars, I would. DESSERT SHOULD NOT BE BITTER. Our experience at Tasty Scoops and Sweets was honestly shocking. The two girls working were unbelievably rude and acted like customers simply existing was an inconvenience to them. We walked in excited to get dessert and were immediately met with attitude. Instead of helping us or even pretending to care, we were told to “figure it out” ourselves. Terrible customer service. We came for icecream within service hours and due to it being close to the closing hours she told us to hurry up or we have to leave. As someone who worked in icecream for years I was shocked at her disrespect. I will not be returning.
