There was roaches on the seat and in my friends FOOD. We tried calling about it and they did nothing
We've been regulars here for a little more than a year and they are always a mess but today was way more than usual. The little girl Olivia is not accommodating and usually complains when when we want our hot pot lit up again. Her exact words were "THEY DO THIS EVERYTIME". We don't. But if my food is cold, I DO want it lit. We don't ask for much just napkins and maybe an extra plate. They complain over simple task. We found this Resturant about 3 months ago. We really love the concept and the food is amazing. However, they have a serious problem with employees. We have attempted to eat there 4 times but only succeeded twice due to employee incompetence. The first occasion we purposely passed up an option to go to the scarlet pearl as posted operating hours showed it closing at 11:00 pm. We arrived at exactly 10:35 pm to be told by what appears to be a lazy non motivated team that it was too late and we could only get take out. We left.... read more
Great food with reasonable prices and serving sizes. Not the fastest or most attentive wait staff. But food makes up for short comings.
