This was a fun experience. Information was shared about paella and other topics. Two kinds of paella were prepared and they were delicious. Pre-dinner was bread baked earlier to dip in olive oils, then a charcuterie assortment, a dessert came at the end. Quite delightful and met many interesting dinner companions
The entire evening was so fun! We made friends with new people, and participated in preparing tapas. We observed the chefs creating 2 kinds of paella in the outdoor courtyard. The food was delicious!
Not only was the paella delicious, it was a terrific overall experience!! The sangria and tapas were top notch. I learned so much (including a Flamenco dance). I would recommend this to anyone who loves learning new things through experiences!!
