I picked up a load from this location yesterday. They have a truck scale, but drivers aren’t allowed to use it, which is very inconvenient. I came here about two years ago as well, and the scale wasn’t working back then either. Another issue is communication. If the load isn’t going to be ready until the next morning, they should tell the driver honestly instead of repeatedly saying “please wait.” That way, drivers could get proper rest instead of waiting all night.
