Taste of Pearl is incredible! I had the pleasure of trying them for the first time recently when they catered at a local brewery. They provided a great variety of flavorful, filling food (I think the pork was my favorite, but it was all fantastic). They said that all the options they provided that night were gluten free, and it looked like they had good vegetarian (maybe vegan?) options as well. Absolutely incredible food and such a special experience. You could truly feel the passion and heart put into every dish. Our host was so emotional and grateful to share his Sri Lankan cuisine with us, and it made the night even more meaningful. The food was authentic, flavorful, and unforgettable.
