The flavors were decent, but the price was too much for too little food. $20 for a very small red snapper filet and $6 for a small cup of gumbo.
The best I ever ate in Cajun food. Been to New Orleans several times and this is as close to New Orleans you can get. Don't pass up the chance to eat some of the best food in the Dells. We have been their several times and have love it each time.
Everything is either Zaterans recipe or flavored. Everything else is deep fried and gammy tasting. Would not recommend. Would not eat again. Not real cajun cuisine.
