I believe if you’re gonna replicate a Chicago restaurant at least know how to cook the food correctly , the worse Italian beef I ever had in my life I couldn’t believe it and my cheese curds didn’t have any cheese in them lol

I’ve been going here for years. I love the food and the service. Some people do complain about the time it takes to get a deep dish pizza to the table. They would understand if they knew what goes into making one. It’s an art of flavor, so enjoy the time with friends or family while they do their magic. The staff has always been exceptional. The manager Susana is always on site and it would not be the same without her guidance. I always look forward to seeing her and her staff. So now for the bad news. First time here. The pizzas were super delicious and the staff was wonderful. We are so sad to hear that they will be closing 10/27.
