Received my first order today! I'm so excited to try everything. I figured I'd start with the salsa and work my way through the rest. The salsa has a little warmth to it and a nice smoky flavor. I got a variety of blends to try: desert, Chile, and red Chile lime. I also got the red Chile sauce and the Holy Chipotle barbecue sauce. I also have a perfect opportunity coming up to share the red Chile jelly. Thanks Apple Canyon Gourmet. Keep the recipes coming!
