We had no idea at we were doing and had to ask. We got a paper menu to look over. I had been told that they had good Mac and cheese but it wasn't on the menu. The menu reminded me somewhat Panera. We got a turkey sandwich and a salad with apples and goat cheese and candied nuts etc. Since we were taking out, we didn't sit down, but stood standing and watching. Hello. I was in there on 10/2/25.about 12pm and I don’t know who served us our sandwiches. We were talking and the next thing we knew two trays of food were suddenly plopped down in front of us quickly without a hello and whoever it was walked off very quickly. We were surprised a bit looked down looked at our food then at each other. We looked around and said who served us this? The person was gone that quick. What if we wanted something with it? So my experience was with a delivery order. The catering folks at the Newport New location were great! We had an event at my office for 35 people. The food was delivered on time. Crystal and her crew did an excellent job putting together the box lunches. Everything was fresh and delicious. I had the Bayville Farm (Roast Beef) sandwich. The French bread was pillow soft on the inside and a crunchy crust. The flavors are to be savored slowly with his sandwich. Oh, and the cookie! Delish! I had a sandwich that I didn’t wanna put down was delicious the Lynnhaven with roasted chicken breast pimento bacon and spinach Delicious! The service was fantastic. It’s always nice to walk into a place and the employees are happy.
