I believe this company should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau. They hire technicians who do not appear to have the knowledge or experience to properly clean and maintain pools. During one of their visits, they ripped my pool liner, which is only four years old. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage caused by their technician, they claimed they would repair the rips "as a courtesy." Proceed with Caution! No RUN away to another pool company! They came to my house and since i had a car in the driveway their pool tech just ran over my lawn. He left tire marks and broke a sprinkler head. They also moved a planter and scratched a paver. I asked the pool tech why he is parked on MY FRONT LAWN and we got in a dispute about it which he laughed at me about. Then he purposely broke my timer and left.
