My time is valuable, but evidently Tassin Pile Driving doesn't think so. I called them to talk to someone about doing foundation work for me. The lady on the phone told me all of the people were out in the field, and they would give me a call back. She took my phone number. It's been nearly two weeks without a call back. Nothing is more frustrating than a non-responsive business. To me non-responsiveness is a red flag not to do business with this company.
