This man literally turned my new Rolex with Diamond bracelet sideways & smacked it with a bare metal hammer to pound a link back totally smashed a very ugly mark into the other side of my bracelet he’s been a jeweler way to long to do something so reckless to someone’s Rolex 3rd link from top serious dent im so hurt ):
Do NOT take your real jewelry here to be resized! Took my ring in to be cleaned, appraised, and resized and he stole my REAL gems stones out of my setting and replaced them with fakes!! I pray this review is seen by anybody planning to take their precious jewelry here and save them from what I've gone through! 🥺
